Shredded hairtail and radish soup
Overview
Generally speaking, hairtail is usually braised or pan-fried, which is more commonly eaten. I remember one time, the two of us ate out together. We tried this dish on the recommendation of a friend. I have always been afraid of the fishy smell. I always thought that hairtail would wake up so much that I didn’t dare to try it. But when we both ate it that day, we both felt that not only was there no fishy smell, but it had a bit of hairtail smell. It added to the delicious taste, especially the person in our family said it was very delicious, so after returning home, I learned to make this dish. There were also several times when friends and relatives came over and tried it, and the feedback was good. Especially in winter, I made it spicier and it tasted more exciting...
