Peel the corn kernels well.

Add some water and use a juice glass to puree the corn kernels.

Pour the polenta paste into a large bowl.

Add glutinous rice flour and flour into the batter and stir evenly.

Add sugar to the batter and stir evenly.

Add sesame seeds and mix well. Let it sit for a while.

Heat a pan and add some oil. Use a spoon to scoop up the batter into the pot. Fry over medium heat.

Flip and flatten, brown on both sides, and remove from the pan.
