Sesame meal bag
Overview
This bread is super soft. My daughter praised it while eating. I felt that the color was too heavy when I baked it, so I could have covered it with tin foil, but I didn’t cover it either. The crispy surface was nice too. You can try it if you like it. Ingredients: 260g cake flour, 50g egg liquid, 60g milk, 50g water, 35g unsalted butter, 50g sugar, 3g salt, 4g yeast

Prepare materials.

Combine ingredients except butter and yeast in a bowl.

Mix well into dough. Let sit for 30 minutes.

After half an hour, put the yeast into the bread machine and start the dough mixing process.

Knead into a smooth dough and add softened butter.

Knead the dough to the expansion stage and ferment until doubled in size.

After fermentation, remove the exhaust gas. Knead into a smooth dough.

Divide the dough into six equal portions. Let sit for 15 minutes.

Take a small piece of dough, deflate it twice, and roll it into a long tongue shape.

Turn over and roll out the edges thinly. Roll up.

Prepare them one by one and put them into the baking pan for secondary fermentation.

After fermentation, add egg liquid. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.
