Ingredients: Tear the oyster mushrooms into small pieces, wash them, and slice the pork.

Stir-fry fat meat with oil.

Add lean pork slices, ginger slices and dried chili peppers and stir-fry until the pork turns white.

Add dark soy sauce and stir-fry until coloured.

Add the oyster mushrooms and stir-fry a few times.

Add salt.

Transfer to casserole.

Bring to a boil over low heat, then turn down to low heat and cook covered for fifteen minutes.
