Put all the ingredients into the bread machine and knead until complete.

At the complete stage, the dough can pull out large pieces of film and the edges of the holes will be smooth.

Place in a container, cover and ferment until 2-2.5 times in size.

Divide the fermented dough into 4 equal portions, roll into balls, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes.

Flatten the dough and roll it into an oval shape.

After turning over, fold 1/3 from top to bottom and press tightly.

Then fold 1/3 from bottom to top and press tightly.

Roll the dough with the seam side down to 30cm long.

Turn over and roll into a cylindrical shape.

Put them into two molds respectively and place them in a warm and humid place for secondary fermentation.

After fermentation reaches 8 minutes, lightly brush the surface with egg wash.

Preheat the oven and bake the middle and lower racks at 165 degrees for about 35 minutes.
