Sauerkraut and shredded pork noodles
Overview
Sauerkraut retains the nutrients of the original vegetables to the maximum extent and is rich in vitamin C, amino acids, organic acids, dietary fiber and other nutrients. Since sauerkraut adopts a clean and hygienic storage method, it contains a large amount of edible nutrients. Cut the lean meat into shreds, add light soy sauce, salt and starch, mix well and set aside

Wash and shred the sauerkraut and set aside
