Seafood hot pot
Overview
This seafood hotpot was made last night for a small gathering among colleagues on Christmas Eve. Because I have to participate in a hotpot competition recently, eating hotpot is very personal and the atmosphere is lively, so I took the opportunity to invite colleagues to come over to provide materials for the competition. Secondly, it is good for everyone to get together and connect with each other. The hotpots I make are actually very simple. I don’t waste time, don’t worry about the combinations, simple ingredients are cooked and eaten, haha. The hotpot series seems to be very popular recently. From being unpopular in the past, now everyone is working hard, haha. I hope everyone will be satisfied and at ease in the end

Shrimp, use a toothpick to pick out the shrimp lines

Wash and cut broccoli into small pieces

Wash the cauliflower and cut into small pieces

Wash bean sprouts and set aside

Keep the oil and gluten aside, a must for hot pot

Wash and cut the mushrooms into cross-cut pieces

Wash the baby greens and set aside

Soak the vermicelli, drain and set aside

Wash the cabbage and set aside

Put wolfberries in the pot and add Shi Yunsheng stock
