This season we have a local seasonal dish called Jian Du Xian, which is stewed with fresh meat, fresh pork belly and spring bamboo shoots!

  1. Cut pork belly into small pieces

  4. Peel the spring bamboo shoots and cut into small pieces

  5. First blanch the spring bamboo shoots

  6. Then blanch the pork belly, chicken and ham, add some ginger slices and scallions

  7. After the water boils, the meat changes color, take it out and rinse it with water

  8. In order to save time, I used an electric pressure cooker to pressure it for 20 minutes, then put the meat into the pressure cooker and added an appropriate amount of water

  9. Add some cooking wine, cover the pot and time for 20 minutes

  10. When the time is up, pour all the ingredients back into the casserole and add the bamboo shoots
