Longjing Tea Chicken
Overview
This is the second time I have made tea-flavored chicken. The unforgettable feeling has always stayed in my heart. I used Longjing tea, a specialty of Hangzhou, and it is full of aroma!

Prepare the ingredients, clean the chicken, and don’t make the belly too big

Brew tea with hot water and set aside

First, marinate the chicken with some salt, pepper and cooking wine for two hours

Drain the soaked tea leaves and stuff them into the chicken belly

Stuff in ginger and green onions

Close the stomach with a toothpick

Apply another layer of light soy sauce

Apply some sesame oil and place on a plate over water to steam

Steam for about 45 minutes and come out delicious

Spread coriander on the bottom of the plate and place the Longjing tea-flavored chicken with a hint of Longjing tea aroma. It tastes fresh and delicious and will definitely leave you with endless aftertaste!
