Overview

I like to eat konjac very much. The vegetarian stir-fry should be paired with pickled radish to make it delicious. Since I don’t have pickled radish at home, I don’t feel safe buying it from outside, so I made roast duck with konjac.

  1. Prepare duck meat, konjac, green onions, ginger, garlic, and dried chilies

  2. Boil water and blanch duck meat and konjac separately

  3. After blanching, soak the duck meat and konjac in cold water

  4. Heat the pan with cold oil, add onion, ginger, garlic and watercress and stir-fry

  5. Pour in the duck meat and stir-fry until it is about half cooked, then add some beer

  6. Pour in the konjac and stir-fry

  7. Add cooking wine, mature vinegar, soy sauce, chicken essence, and thirteen spices
