Butter roll bread
Overview
I did a blessing arrangement and it was very successful and I am very satisfied. My confidence suddenly increased greatly! I always thought I couldn't handle these shaped buns, but I never thought I could make such cute and compact buns!

Steps
-
Put the milk, warm water and eggs into the bread bucket.
-
Add flour, powdered sugar in one corner of the bucket, salt in the other corner, and yeast in the middle.
-
First stir it a little with chopsticks, no dry flour is required, put it into the bread machine, select a dough mixing program (15 minutes), and after the work is completed, you can pull out the rough film.
-
Add the softened butter and select a kneading program.
-
Observe the film formation of the dough frequently, and knead it until you can pull out the glove film.
-
Take out the dough, round it up and put it in a basin, cover it with plastic wrap and ferment.
-
Ferment until it is 2-2.5 times its original size. Poke a small hole with your finger. If the hole does not shrink or collapse quickly, it means it is just right.
-
Remove the dough and deflate gently. Divide into 8 portions, each portion is about 58 grams. Roll into a ball, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 15-20 minutes.
-
Shape the relaxed dough into a drop shape.
-
Roll it out. When rolling out, try to hold down the sharp corners of the lower end, and roll it into a shape that is wider at the upper end and narrower at the lower end.
-
Start rolling from the top, roll it tightly, and press the closing edge underneath.
-
Place it in a baking pan, put it in the oven, select the fermentation function, and put a plate of hot water on the bottom shelf of the oven.
-
Ferment for the second time until it doubles in size. Mix the egg liquid and water in a ratio of 1:1, brush it on the bread dough, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
-
Preheat the oven to 165 degrees, set the middle rack to high and lower heat, and put a cup of hot water on the bottom rack of the grill. 18--20 minutes, cover with tin foil in time after the surface is colored.
