Garlic Zucchini
Overview
We call zucchini here zucchini, and there are many ways to cook it. In order to avoid taking in too much fat, another way is to steam it ~ which can retain the nutrients in the vegetable to the maximum extent. Add fried garlic oil to it while it's hot, and the garlic will be fragrant.

Prepare a zucchini and a few cloves of garlic;

Wash the zucchini, peel off the scars on the outer skin, cut in half, and then cut into slightly thicker slices;

Place the skin side down in the container;

Steam in a steamer. After the water boils, steam over medium-high heat for 7-8 minutes;

Slice garlic and chop dry red pepper;

Put all the oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and sugar in a seasoning bowl and stir evenly;

When the time is up, turn off the heat, open the lid immediately, and take out the container;

If the steamed vegetables produce a lot of water, pour out part of it; pour the prepared sauce on the zucchini;

Put an appropriate amount of olive oil in a rice spoon, add garlic slices, and cook over low heat;

When the garlic slices turn golden brown, add dry red pepper, squeeze out the fragrance, and remove from the heat;

Pour the fried garlic slices and oil on the zucchini while it's hot; you can dip it in the sauce or mix well when eating.
