Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the drawings first.
-
Melt butter in hot water.
-
Add brown sugar, icing sugar (65g), and honey to the melted butter and stir evenly.
-
Add the whole egg liquid and mix well.
-
Sift in the flour and baking soda.
-
Form into a dough, place in a plastic bag and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
-
Take the dough out of the refrigerator, make the ground first, put 1/3 of the dough into a plastic bag and roll it into a 0.3-0.5CM thick dough sheet.
-
Use scissors to cut the plastic bag, remove the irregular edges, slowly move it to the baking pan, carefully pull out the plastic bag, use a hairpin to poke a deeper hole on the surface, and put it in the preheated oven. 180 degrees, middle layer, fire up and down for 12 minutes.
-
Roll out another piece of dough, place it on a small mold, carve out the shape with a rubber knife, and bake in the oven. In the shape in the picture, one piece needs to have doors and windows, while the other piece does not. Just carve out the entire outline.
-
All baked cookie molds are set aside to cool. Cool thoroughly.
-
It is difficult to melt the marshmallows in hot water. Use chopsticks to squeeze them. It should always be melted in hot water, otherwise it will dry out and harden when exposed to cold until it is no longer used.
-
The cabin parts are covered with marshmallows and fixed to the foundation to form a house.
-
Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg whites, add the powdered sugar in three batches and beat with a whisk until it is hard. It will not drip when you lift the whisk, and the traces of icing sugar will not disappear when you scratch it. Then put the piping bag on a taller cup, put the icing in it, and take two other small portions. For the red one, mix red coloring with icing, and for the green one, mix matcha powder with icing. Play freely on the desired shape of the biscuit.
-
Once all the decorated cookies are painted, stick them in the desired locations with icing sugar or marshmallows. Stick some sugar needles and sugar beads on the roof, and finally sift a layer of powdered sugar to create a beautiful cabin.
