  1. Mix all ingredients except butter.

  2. Knead into a slightly smooth dough.

  3. Add softened butter.

  4. Continue kneading until you can pull out a thicker film. Leave to rise in a warm place until the dough doubles in size.

  5. After fermentation is completed, use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a rectangle with a thickness of 0.3cm, and brush it evenly with egg white liquid.

  6. Sprinkle black and white sesame seeds on the crust and press gently with your hands to make the sesame stick to the crust.

  7. Cut the crust into 1cm wide strips with a roller cutter.

  8. Use your hands in opposite directions to twist into a curl, place evenly on the baking sheet, ferment for 15 minutes, preheat the oven to 180 degrees, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden in color.
