Chop the fresh beef into minced meat, chop the leeks into fine pieces, and break the eggs into a bowl.

Add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, appropriate amount of starch, stir evenly, and mix into filling.

Take a piece of wonton wrapper and put appropriate amount of filling

Fold the wonton wrappers upward to cover the meat filling

Glue the two ends of the wonton wrapper together to make it look like a small ingot

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add an appropriate amount of salt, add wontons, and push the wontons gently with a spoon to prevent them from sticking to the pot. Ordered cold water twice more midway through.
