  1. Chop the fresh beef into minced meat, chop the leeks into fine pieces, and break the eggs into a bowl.

  2. Add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, appropriate amount of starch, stir evenly, and mix into filling.

  3. Take a piece of wonton wrapper and put appropriate amount of filling
