Apple Sweet and Sour Pork
Overview
The sweet and sour taste is probably my favorite taste at the end of this hot summer~ plus the crispy green apple, it’s not greasy at all!

Dice chicken breast.

Add salt, black peppercorns, cooking wine, and marinate for 20 minutes.

Add flour and oats and stir to form a paste.

Fry over low heat until cooked.

Fry again over high heat until crispy.

Peel the green apple and cut into pieces.

Heat the sweet and sour juice and add apple pieces.

Pour in the fried meat and stir evenly.

Sprinkle a layer of sesame seeds and you’re done!
