Sweet and sour fish
Overview
Green fish is rich in protein, fat and other nutrients, with firm meat and high nutritional value. Green fish also contains two substances with high nutritional value: one is called eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), and the other is called docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Prepare all the ingredients: 1 green fish, 1 package of sweet and sour sauce, 1 piece of ginger, 1 green onion;
