Overview
I have been craving jujube cake for the past few days, and I finally found the time to make it today. I made more today, using chiffon molds and toast molds. The thick ones are really delicious, and the red date chiffon cake is really good!

Prepare all the ingredients (the jujube paste is beaten in advance)

Nine eggs with egg white and yolk separated

Add corn oil, date paste, stir evenly

Add milk and mix well, set aside

Add white vinegar to the egg whites, make fish eyes and add brown sugar. Add the brown sugar in three batches

Beat the egg whites until the whisk can lift the sharp corners, that is, it is ready

Then sift the baking powder and baking soda into the egg liquid and mix well. Add one-third of the egg whites into the egg liquid and mix evenly

Then pour the egg liquid into the remaining egg whites and mix evenly

Put the mixed egg mixture into the mold and preheat the oven to 160℃ for 60 minutes
