Stir-fried green beans
Overview
This stir-fried green beans is cooked in advance, which not only shortens the stir-frying time but also reduces the amount of oil used. I personally feel that this is a healthy and delicious dish that goes well with rice.

After the water boils, add the beans and blanch until half cooked.

Pour oil into the wok, add onion and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add in blanched beans and stir-fry with appropriate amount of salt.

Stir-fry until the skin of the beans becomes wrinkled, then add the previously fried minced meat and dark soy sauce.

Add homemade chili sauce and stir-fry until evenly coated.
