Mei Ling Porridge
Overview
On the last day of 2019, I cooked a pot of Meiling porridge slowly over low heat to savor the beauty of life and retain the happy time. I also wish that 2020 will be better, with spring blossoms and autumn fruits, and good luck and peace! It is said that Meiling Porridge was a porridge specially developed for Song Meiling by her chef because she didn’t want to eat at that time. To this day, this porridge does have amazing nutritional combinations. Not only does it taste delicious and open up the appetite, the key point is that the combination is also very scientific. Yams can strengthen the spleen, appetizer, beautify the skin, and many other things. The dietary therapeutic effect; rice and glutinous rice are combined to replenish qi and qi, and also increase the viscosity; red dates are a holy product for nourishing qi and nourishing blood, and red dates are often added to the diet to nourish the body and moisturize qi and blood; the addition of soy milk is a highlight. The addition of soy milk just combines the grains and beans, and the proteins complement each other, and also improves the utilization of protein.

Soak glutinous rice and rice for one hour

Glutinous rice soaking time, sweet potato oatmeal soy milk made by soy milk machine
