  1. Main ingredients: soft tofu, chives, millet pepper, and Hangzhou pepper

  2. Tear off the plastic cover of the tofu and place it upside down on a plate. Use scissors to cut a small hole in the four corners of the box. Tap it a few times and the tofu will be completely taken out.

  3. Cut the chives into finely chopped green onions, millet peppers, and Hangzhou peppers into small rings.

  5. Take a bowl, add 1 teaspoon oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, a little MSG, and mix well to make a sauce (you can add a little cold boiled water and mix well)
