Blanch the vermicelli in boiling water, remove and drain.

Chop garlic, red pepper and green onions.

Wash the cabbage and cut into shreds.

Heat a pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, add red pepper, garlic and green onion and stir-fry until fragrant, then add shredded cabbage and stir-fry. When stir-fried, add soaked vermicelli, stir well, add dark soy sauce, salt and five-spice powder to taste, continue to stir-fry for 1 minute.
