Mushroom braised chicken
Overview
Edible fungi contain a variety of nutrients necessary for the human body. Although the protein of fungi is not as high as meat, it is several times higher than that of vegetables, and the fat content is low. A variety of mushrooms paired with chicken are both nutritious and delicious.

Cut the chicken into pieces, marinate with cooking wine and salt for a while

Soak the mushrooms in advance and squeeze out the water

Put the mushrooms into the pot and stir-fry until the water is drained out

Add oil to the pot and sauté ginger, garlic and onions

Pour in the chicken pieces and stir-fry, add dark soy sauce and light soy sauce

Add salt and sugar

Boil the water over high heat, then reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for about 30 minutes to see how tender the chicken is

Add the mushrooms and stir fry evenly for about 10 minutes

Finally sprinkle with scallions
