Sesame Peanut Butter BBQ
Overview
Thanks to Gourmet World and Changdi for their support and trust in allowing me to try out such a fun Changdi 3.5 electric oven. With this treasure at home, I can cook whatever I want; continue serving! The sesame and peanut butter barbecue is also a simple oven dish that goes well with wine!

Peel the pork belly and cut into pieces. Marinate it with soy sauce, salt, wine and chicken powder for 15 minutes. Cut the green onions into sections

The sesame peanut butter is too thick and needs to be made into a slurry with boiling water

Pierce the pork belly with a bamboo skewer, drizzle with a little oil, and place in a baking pan

Heat the oven to 180 degrees, put in the pork belly for 10 minutes

Flip halfway through and bake for another 10 minutes

Take out the meat and spread thin sesame peanut butter evenly

Take out the baking pan, sprinkle with scallions and bake for another 5 minutes
