Overview
I like to eat steamed eggs the most! Especially in the morning, a bowl of steamed eggs, a handful of dried shrimps with a spoon of soy sauce, a steamed bun or corn on the cob, and a bowl of gruel, it is my favorite standard breakfast!

Crack an egg into a larger basin

Add 2 times the weight of water and disperse

Then filter twice with two layers of gauze

Then put it on the steam rack of the rice cooker

Cover with tin foil, turn on the steam and steam over high heat for 10 minutes

Then sprinkle 1 handful of shrimp skin and continue steaming for 5 minutes. Remember to pour a spoonful of soy sauce on it when it comes out!
