Many people are making omelette rice. I am willing to try a different style of making it. I use egg whites to wrap rice and make a decorative pattern on it. Spring is here.

Prepare the ingredients, blanch the corn, carrots and green beans, remove and drain, and cut the braised beef into cubes;

Separate egg yolk and egg white;

Pour in corn, green beans, carrots, and beef cubes and stir-fry evenly;

Pour in the rice and stir-fry until the rice grains are dispersed. Add a small spoonful of chili sauce, a little salt, stir-fry evenly, add the fried egg yolk, chopped green onion, stir-fry evenly and serve.

When frying eggs in a non-stick pan, apply a thin layer of oil;

Over low heat, pour in the egg white, pick up a large spoon and turn it to evenly distribute the egg white;

Use a spatula to scoop around the edges, take it out with your hands, put it on a plate, pour in the fried rice, and stack it up.

With the seam facing down, make a pattern with cucumber and tomato paste.
