Fresh meat wontons
Overview
The wontons are made with minced fresh meat and seasoned. The soup is delicious, the skin is smooth and the meat is fragrant. The soup of the wontons is the most important. It is best to use bone broth or chicken broth. If you don’t have it, you can make it with chicken powder. The taste is not bad. It is best to add a spoonful of lard or red spicy oil to the soup. Boil water in a large pot, with more water. Add the small wontons to the pot. When the water boils in the middle, pour cold water over it. When it boils again, wait until the small wontons float to the top before scooping them into a bowl.
