The softness of the hot cake [Peach Cake Roll]
Overview
In the market, I saw peaches on sale. Some are as big as the palm of your hand, and some are as small as a stick; mama said there are Beijing peaches, and some are locally cultivated varieties... Anyway, they are all delicious, so just add some to my favorite cake rolls. The cake roll I baked this time uses the method of making hot cakes. When the cake is rolled, it is so soft that it feels like touching a towel!
