Banana Chocolate Cheese
Overview
I bought the cream cheese and changed the flavor this time - banana chocolate cheese. My daughter said the strawberry cheese from last time was more delicious. If you like to use bananas to make snacks, you can try it.

-
Mix butter and caster sugar and heat over water to melt the butter.
-
Pour in other ingredients for the cake base (except walnuts) and mix into dough with a spatula.
-
Toast the walnuts in a microwave or oven and chop them finely. Add to butter dough and mix well. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
-
Line the bottom of the cake mold with oiled paper, divide the dough into two equal portions, and flatten the dough directly into the cake mold.
-
Put in the preheated oven, 200 degrees, upper and lower heat, middle layer, bake for about 15 minutes. Remove and let cool completely.
-
Put the cream cheese into a basin, and then put the basin into hot water of about 65 degrees to soften the cheese. Beat until smooth.
-
Add granulated sugar and mix well.
-
Add eggs and mix well.
-
Add cornstarch and mix well.
-
Mash the banana with a spoon.
-
Add the mashed banana to the cheese batter and mix well.
-
Divide the chocolate beans into two parts and sprinkle them on the cake base.
-
Pour in the cheese paste.
-
Preheat the oven. Pour hot water into the baking pan, place it on the bottom layer, place the second-to-last layer on the grill, and place the cake mold on the grill.
-
First bake at 200 degrees until the surface is slightly colored, then adjust to 180 degrees and bake for about 40 minutes. The whole journey takes about 50-55 minutes.
