Please ask the seller to burn the pork knuckle, shave it when you get home, and rinse away the ash. Then put it into a pot of boiling water and cook for five minutes, then wash and drain. Use a toothpick to poke some holes in the skin.

Preheat the iron pan, pour a little oil, over low heat, brown the skin of the pork knuckle.

Light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt and white vinegar are ready.

Onion, ginger, garlic, dried chili marinade packets are ready.

Bring the water to a boil in the pot, add the pork knuckles, then add the marinade packets, onions, ginger, garlic and dried chili peppers.

Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce salt.

Add rock sugar and white vinegar.

Add tempeh.

Marinate for an hour, turning once every fifteen minutes.

Put another two bottles of beer and let it marinate for an hour and a half.

Place in a bowl, cool then remove bones and slice.
