Stir-fried peppers with eggs
Overview
I don’t have any vegetables at home, so I fried eggs with bell peppers and simmered them with mushroom sauce. It went well with rice.

Prepare all ingredients.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the eggs until solid.

Take the scrambled eggs out of the pan, then add the peppers to the pan and stir-fry until the flavors are released.
