Delicious cucumber sticks
Overview
This side dish of pickled cucumber strips is spicy, sweet, sour and salty. It has been my favorite dish since I was a child. Since it is homemade and has no name, I called it Juewei Cucumber. The Chinese New Year has just ended, which is quite liberating for someone like me who doesn’t like to eat meat. I can cook some delicious side dishes for dinner. It’s so beautiful!

Wash the cucumbers and set aside

Cut into small strips and put into container

Add a little salt and pepper powder according to the amount of cucumber, pour an appropriate amount of pepper oil and sesame oil and mix well

Marinate it for an hour or two and it's ready to eat. It's delicious with rice or porridge
