Steps
-
Slice and dice 2 apples respectively;

Soften the butter at room temperature, add sugar, and beat with a whisk until white;
-
Add the egg liquid in three batches, and mix the egg liquid and butter thoroughly each time before adding the next egg liquid;
-
Add milk, sift in flour and baking powder;
-
Mix the powder, butter and milk thoroughly;
-
Pour in diced apples and mix well;
-
Put the cake batter into a piping bag and pipe it into the cake mold (I used a 6-inch removable bottom cake mold)
-
After squeezing in the cake batter, shake the cake mold a few times to level the cake batter and then spread the apple slices on top;
-
Sprinkle a little cinnamon powder (you can omit it if you don’t like it);
-
Place in the oven after preheating and bake at 170 degrees for 40 minutes.
