Shredded lentils with soy sauce
Overview
Lentils have the effects of strengthening the spleen, harmonizing the body, replenishing qi, resolving dampness, and relieving heat. They are also a versatile vegetable. Lentils contain a blood coagulation substance and hemolytic saponin. If you stir-fry it quickly, it is best to blanch it first; cut into shreds and then stir-fry or stew. You don't need to blanch it, but you must simmer it until it's done.
