  1. Prepare the ingredients.

  2. Boil duck legs with green onion, ginger and water.

  3. Wash the cooked duck legs with warm water to remove any foam on the surface, drain, and pan-fry in oil until golden brown on both sides.

  4. Add oil to the pot, add onion, ginger, and spices and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.

  5. Add duck legs, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, and rock sugar.

  6. Add hot water and bring to a boil.

  7. Simmer over low heat for about 45 minutes.

  8. Cut the broccoli into small pieces, add some salt to the water and bring to a boil, add the broccoli and simmer until cooked.

  9. Cut the duck legs into cubes, serve with rice, broccoli, and drizzle with marinade.
