Stir-fried cowpeas and dried beans with bacon
Overview
I have harvested green beans again, but the quantity is not large. You can cook them with other ingredients. The green beans you grow yourself are very tender, fresh and so beautiful.

Blanch the beans and drain;

Cut the dried tofu into cubes, stir-fry with water, set aside;

Cut the bacon into cubes and stir-fry over medium-low heat to remove the oil;

Pour out the excess oil from the bacon, leaving an appropriate amount of oil at the bottom of the pot. Turn on medium-high heat, add garlic, and saute until fragrant;

Pour in dried tofu and cowpea pellets, add salt, sugar and pepper, and stir a few times;

Add the bacon bits, sprinkle with cooking wine and stir briefly to remove from the pan and serve on a plate.
