Overview
The stew pot was made by chance. I ate it at Huang Ji Huang Restaurant after shopping. I felt that the taste was very suitable for my taste.

Prepare the main materials. Shrimp and chicken wings.

Sub-materials: garlic granules, green and red peppers, carrots, sweet potatoes, purple onions.

Wash the chicken wings and shrimps, remove the heads from the shrimps, and chop the chicken wings into small pieces. Add appropriate amount of cooking wine, salt, pepper and soy sauce and marinate for two hours.

The auxiliary materials are also washed and cut.

Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant.

Add all the chopped auxiliary ingredients and stir-fry until cooked.

Add about a bowl and a half of water.

Add chicken wings and shrimp.

Spread a layer of sweet flour sauce on the surface.

Cover tightly and simmer for 10 minutes. Use the simmering time to prepare the sauce.

Take a bowl and add two spoons of sweet noodle sauce, two spoons of Northeastern miso, two spoons of oyster sauce, two spoons of soy sauce and 1 spoon of sugar and mix well

When the chicken wings are cooked for about 10 minutes, pour in the sauce. Cover tightly and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes, then turn off the heat.

The finished product is out of the pot. While it's still hot, sprinkle in green onions to finish.
