A delicious treat for Valentine’s Day----Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs
Overview
Today is Valentine's Day again, a day when some people are happy and some people are sad. I'd better make a dish to suit the occasion. If it can't comfort the spirit, it can at least comfort the stomach. Sweet and sour taste, a kind of sweet and sour taste, is my favorite taste, just like I like apples more than pears. Just like love, it is not always sweet. There will always be times when it is always sweet, and sweet and sour is the most lasting taste. The slight acid in the sweetness neutralizes the sweetness of the sugar, and the sugar cleverly dilutes the strong and stimulating acid of vinegar. A wonderful combination.
