Farmhouse Paste Tofu
Overview
I am happiest every time during the Chinese New Year, because at this time my grandma will make a very delicious paste tofu. The ingredients are extremely simple, including white tofu that almost everyone makes during the Chinese New Year, as well as home-made soybean sprouts and a little bit of pork belly.

Prepare the raw materials and clean them. Cut the tofu into small dices, cut the bean sprouts and mushrooms into coarse mince, mince the ginger, cut the green onion into flowers, and cut the pork belly into thin slices.

Add a little water to the pot, put in the pork belly, fry over low heat to release the oil, and take out the oil residue for later use

Pour out some fried lard, add bean sprouts, fry until cooked, and serve.

Add a small bowl of water, add tofu and mushrooms, add a little salt, bring to a boil, add bean sprouts and mix well. Mix a tablespoon of rice noodles with an appropriate amount of water and mix well, then slowly add it to the pot, stirring while adding.

Take it out of the pot and put it into a bowl, sprinkle with a little white pepper, add lard residue, minced onion and ginger, and finally drizzle with a little lard.
