Wash the clams and spit out the sediment.

Boil the pasta in water with a little salt for 8 minutes, remove and add oil, mix well and set aside.

Mince garlic and onion; cut small pepper into rings.

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, chili rings, and onions and sauté until onions are translucent.

Add the clams, stir-fry a few times, add appropriate amount of water, and cook until the clams open their shells.

Add the pasta, season with salt and black pepper, let the soup dries up a bit, then transfer it to a plate.
