I didn't want to post the recipe at first, so I didn't take any pictures of the process. But then I thought it was pretty good, so I'll post one😄. Today's lettuce was so bad that I couldn't even cut it into whole slices. Peel and slice the lettuce and lay it on the bottom of the plate. Soak the thin vermicelli noodles into a circle and place them on top of the lettuce. Peel and remove the sand lines from the shrimps. Add a little cooking wine to remove the fishy smell and place them on the vermicelli noodles.

Put a little oil in the pot, add minced garlic and stir-fry. You can add some spicy millet for color and flavor. Add a little oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and a spoonful of salt. Place the fried minced garlic on the shrimp and vermicelli and steam for 8 minutes.
