Remove cores from Oreo cookies and beat in a blender until crumbled, melted butter.

Pour the melted butter into the Oreo cookie mix and mix well.

The mold is lined with paper support. Pour into a paper tray and compact, then refrigerate until ready.

Pour the cream cheese into a basin over water and heat to soften, stir well, add sugar and mix well.

Pour in the egg mixture in portions and mix evenly.

Add light cream and mix well.

Mix lemon juice and mix well.

Sift in cornstarch and mix well.

Take a tablespoon of plain cheese batter and pour it into the strawberry jam and mix well.

Pour back into the remaining plain batter and mix a few times, but you don’t need to mix evenly.

Pour into the mold, about 80% full, and place 5 blueberries on each paper tray.

Enter the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.

The temperature dropped to 160 degrees in the next 10 minutes. Don't take it out yet, wait until it cools down naturally.
