Chive and Bean Flour Tacos
Overview
A handful of leeks in the flowerpot were used to eat dumplings, and a small part was used to cooperate with cornmeal. In fact, I originally wanted to make another kind of corn tortilla, but somehow this recipe of chive tortillas jumped out at me. In comparison, this approach is obviously much simpler. Simple first and then complex. Using the hot noodle method, the tortillas produced in this way are relatively soft. Cover and simmer to cook faster. When the aroma of burning corn and leeks comes out, the cake is almost done. The surface is green and the bottom is golden and fragrant. . . .

Ingredients: 40 grams of soy flour, 80 grams of corn flour, 70 grams of boiling water, 40 grams of leeks, 1 gram of baking soda, a little salt
