Slice parsley and defrost shrimps for later use

Use a ball-shaped spoon to scoop out the cantaloupe into a ball shape

Remove the water from the shrimps, add pepper, cooking wine, salt, cornstarch, green onion and ginger and marinate for about ten minutes

Pour olive oil into the pot and stir-fry the shrimps
