Yellow Peach Egg Tart

Overview

I have read many recipes online and always thought they were lacking in something. Later I tried adding yellow peach jam and it tasted really great. Peach jam is also a key to improving the taste! !

Ingredients

Steps

  1. Weigh your ingredients.

  2. Add the light cream to the condensed milk and powdered sugar and slowly stir evenly (if white sugar is used, cook the mixed ingredients over low heat until the sugar melts, stirring while cooking). Add milk and eggs in sequence (if it is heated, wait until it cools before adding) and mix well

  3. Sift in the flour in batches and stir evenly (try to avoid any lumps).

  4. Sieve the stirred egg tart liquid.

  5. Place appropriate amount of yellow peach pieces on the egg tart crust.

  6. Pour in the egg tart liquid until six or seven layers are full. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Place in the middle rack of the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

  7. Take out the baking sheet, place an appropriate amount of yellow peach pieces on the formed egg tart, and pour the peach sauce. Place in the middle rack of the oven and bake at 190 degrees for 10 minutes.

  8. Take out the baking pan and place it on the upper shelf of the oven. The upper shelf is 190 degrees and the lower shelf is 180 degrees (if you can't adjust the upper and lower floors, both are 190 degrees). Bake until you want the color, I took 4-5 minutes.

  9. This is how delicious egg tarts are ready.

  10. Plating. (The taste is better than KFC, haha)
