Overview

This is a meal replacement low-fat snack. You can usually use it to soak in milk, mix with yogurt, mix with salads, and pair with porridge. I prefer eating it as it is and it tastes delicious.

  1. Put 100g oatmeal, 38g pumpkin seeds, 38g cranberries, and 38g organic pine nuts into a container
