Overview
The collagen contained in bone broth just enhances the body's ability to produce blood cells. For middle-aged and elderly people, drinking some bone soup for conditioning can slow down bone aging; similarly, bone soup can also be beneficial to the bone growth of teenagers.

Wash pork bones

Pour in cold water, add ginger slices and cooking wine to remove the fishy smell

Add baby cabbage (I used cabbage leaves here), remove the stems of enoki mushrooms, cut carrots into pieces, shiitake mushrooms, etc. You can add the vegetables here as you like according to your personal taste
