Beer Duck
Overview
Beer duck is a Han Chinese delicacy with unique flavor. If you love food, you must be familiar with this dish. The cooking method of beer duck is also different, but the main ingredients used are duck meat and beer. Slowly simmer the duck meat and beer for 30-40 minutes, and then mix it with some spicy ingredients to make the nourishing duck meat richer in flavor. Cut 8 duck wing roots into pieces

Add duck meat to cold water, boil the water, add a tablespoon of cooking wine and cook for two minutes

Finally, pour a 500ML bottle of beer and bring to a boil, then turn to low heat and simmer with a lid on for about 30 minutes
