Overview

Either bean paste (spicy) or tomato paste (sweet and sour) can be used, with a strong sauce flavor. This method can also be applied to steamed fish (optional). The fish does not need to be fried or deep-fried. The hot-fried sauce can be directly poured over it to serve.

  1. Sprinkle a little salt on both sides of the salmon and rub evenly, pour a little wine

  2. Stir-fry minced onions, ginger and garlic over low heat, (pan, tilt the pan over the stove)

  5. Wrap it in baking paper, microwave in medium for 3 minutes, take it out and sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve.

  6. ♥The paper material uses "microwave cooking paper/CookingSheet" or "baking paper/BakingSheet", both of which have a heat resistance temperature of 250゚C. Microwave cooking paper material: silicon; baking paper material: wax. It does not catch fire or stick, and can be used in steaming, baking or microwave.
