Spicy shrimp with garlic sprouts
Overview
I still had some pork belly at home, and I used it to go with the fried prawns. The prawns were very fresh with the pork belly, and I mixed it with the sauce. It tasted great. It’s also good with drinks or meals.

Prepare all ingredients.

Remove the heads and devein from the prawns, then marinate them with fine salt.

Heat a dry pot, add pork belly and stir-fry until fragrant.

After the pork belly is oily, add the washed prawns and garlic into the pot.

Fry until the shrimp shells are slightly crispy, then add the garlic sprouts to the pot.

Then adjust a sauce according to personal preference. I used mushroom and black bean sauce, a little chili oil and balsamic vinegar.

Pour the prepared sauce into the shrimp pot and stir-fry until the ingredients are fragrant.
